I'm David Martinez, an executive coach, consultant, and founder of Unplugged Wellness. I help people reconnect with what matters, lead with integrity, and build intentional lives and businesses.

I hold an MBA, a psychology degree, and a background in integrative health and somatic healing, but my deeper qualifications come from lived experience: navigating trauma, burnout, and the long road back to wholeness. Unplugged Wellness was born out of the realization that success without peace is still a form of suffering. Whether you're a leader under pressure or a creative rebuilding confidence, I offer grounded support for real, sustainable change.
